In a historical moment, during COVID, when restaurateurs were among the categories hit hardest by the restrictions, I created “Ristratto” to offer them support and visibility, featuring some of the restaurateurs from my town.

The idea was to “take care” of Rosignano Solvay and its restaurateurs, who have always been one of the pillars of the local economy. Given the restrictions imposed by COVID, they faced significant difficulties for an extended period, both economically and “socially” in a certain sense.
